We bring a little taste of Japan directly to you through an elevated and intentional dining experience. Our ramen experience is defined by light crisp flavors with a balance of depth and richness, utilizing high-quality ingredients sourced sustainably. Our menu includes a wide range of dishes, including hot plates, cold plates, charcoal-grilled dishes, and desserts, highlighting elements of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine. We are proud to open our first location outside of Japan, bringing our unique style of ramen to the Rose City, where we can utilize the soft water from a pure source nearby.
