Alexander Rosan Massage and Bodywork

I’m a massage therapist and somatic coach based in Portland, Oregon. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with people through pain, transition, integration and change using precise, attentive massage and bodywork that listens to the nervous system and the body as a whole. My approach is hands-on, responsive, and shaped by thousands of hours of clinical experience. I feel it in my bones that I am truly here to help. My specialty is chronic pain, the kind that keeps coming back, that hasn’t responded to standard treatment, that lives deeper than muscles and joints. Using advanced manual therapy including visceral manipulation, deep tissue work, and trauma-informed somatic bodywork, I work to address the root causes rather than the symptoms.
