ATTUNEMENT

I work with clients in Portland, Oregon using a trauma-informed lens to deepen self-knowing, meaning making, support shifts in perspective, as well as spiritual, emotional, and somatic support. My trauma & neuro-informed framework upholds the notion that the therapeutic relationship co-created between client and therapist is the most essential tool for growth and deepening within the counseling process. My approach involves addressing the many parts of ourselves that coexist within the mind and body at any given time in our lives.
