Blacklist Tattoo is located in the Historic Irvington neighborhood at 2401 NE Broadway in Portland, Oregon. We are a full service tattoo shop specializing in Traditional Americana, Japanese, Black and Grey, and Lettering. We offer walk-ins daily on a first come first serve basis, subject to availability or we accept appointments. We are open 7 days a week from 12 - 7pm.
