Bluett Counseling

Hi, I’m Patrick (he/him), a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist offering individual and couples counseling in Oregon and Florida. At Bluett Counseling, I provide LGBTQ+ affirming, inclusive therapy with a focus on relationships, intimacy, identity, and mental health. I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, sexual difficulties, performance anxiety, and self-esteem, as well as couples working through communication issues, infidelity, or changes in desire. Drawing on evidence-based approaches like CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and IFS, I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel safe to share your story.
