Caregivers Nationwide is an Oregon-based senior placement and long-term care referral agency dedicated to helping seniors and their families find the right care and living environment. Our experienced Senior Placement Advisor provides personalized, compassionate guidance throughout the entire placement process, helping families feel informed and supported when making important care decisions. We assist families in finding Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult Foster Homes, Independent Living, and other long-term care options based on each individual’s care needs, preferences, desired location, and budget. We work with families using both Private Pay and Medicaid and can also assist with urgent placements following a hospital or rehabilitation stay. Our services include assessing care needs, researching appropriate care options, identifying availability, coordinating tours and provider assessments, communicating with families and care providers, and assisting with discharge and move-in coordination. There is no cost to families for our senior placement services.
