Central City Concern

Since 1979, the Portland community has trusted Central City Concern to help people create meaningful, long-term change. Every year, we support nearly 14,400 people experiencing or at risk of homelessness by providing a comprehensive continuum of affordable housing options integrated with direct social services including health care, recovery, and employment. Our approach meets people where they are and helps build healthy, housed, resilient and engaged lives.
