D & H Flagging, Inc. began in March 1988 and has grown to be one of the largest traffic control companies in Oregon. We are a licensed and insured certified DBE/WBE & MWESB subcontractor in the states of Oregon & Washington. D&H Flagging, Inc. provides complete traffic control services, including certified flaggers, computer generated traffic control plans, and a full line of traffic control equipment for rent and for sale. We have extensive experience with freeway, highway and urban traffic control and have working relationships with ODOT, WSDOT, the City of Portland, and other regulatory agencies throughout Oregon and SW Washington.
