Elizabeth Farrell

Elizabeth Farrell is dedicated to protecting and enforcing the rights of employees. Her mission is to assist clients in resolving their workplace issues while maintaining their dignity and alleviating their stress as much as possible. Over the years, Elizabeth has witnessed the extraordinary tension and hardship caused by wrongful termination and by discrimination and harassment in the workplace. She has seen many clients, both men and women, break down when discussing the effects of losing their jobs or the hostility and discrimination they face at work. Elizabeth works relentlessly and with great passion to provide resolutions for her clients which engender a sense of pride and vindication, while, at the same time, giving them the opportunity to move forward with their lives in meaningful and positive ways.
