Hacienda CDC

Hacienda Community Development Corporation was formed in 1992 to provide necessary housing and supportive services to Cully’s low-income, predominantly Latino community. We have since built 11 housing communities in Northwestern Oregon, creating a portfolio of 605 units of supportive, community-centered affordable housing. Our Small Business advising, Homeownership support, and Youth & Family Services grew from the needs of our residents and we continue to embrace a holistic, client-centered approach to strengthen our community.
