Welcome to Hat Yai! Named after the Southern Thai City of Hat Yai near the Malaysian border, Hat Yai was inspired by the streetside fried chicken vendors and small curry and roti shops in Southern Thailand. We prepare fresh roti made by hand every day. We also serve our favorite versions of other famous foods from Southern Thailand. We are a casual counter-service restaurant.
