My in-person chess lessons are a great way to build experience playing over the board while receiving personalized instruction. Lessons are tailored to your individual goals and focus on the areas of your chess that have the most room for improvement. I also offer private online lessons, beginning with a 30-minute assessment lesson to help me understand your experience, goals, and what you hope to get out of coaching. For those who prefer a group learning environment, I also teach online community college chess classes that are open to anyone. These affordable classes provide an opportunity to learn chess, practice your skills, and connect with other players in a supportive group setting.
