Aprisa is the newest revolution in fine Mexican Cuisine. By creating high quality food with a chef’s flare, we put a spin on the idea of fast food. Our visual kitchens are drive through and walk up only. Not only will you receive your meal quickly, but it is healthy too. We use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to provide you a flavorful experience you won't forget! At Aprisa, our specialty is extremely high quality Mexican food served very quickly from our drive thru or walk up window. Our menu is streamlined and simple yet still offers our guests much variety. We prepare all our foods directly in front of our guests in full view. We use only the freshest ingredients available, we have no freezer and no microwave. Everything we serve is prepared right on site including our salsas and guacamole. We truly believe in being good stewards of our environment and use only packaging materials that are recycled or recyclable.
