Bauman's Cider Company

Bauman's Farm was homesteaded by my Great-Great-Grandmother Elizabeth and her sons Stephen and Leo in 1895. In the early 1900’s, Stephen began making cider on the farm for family and friends alike to enjoy. Today, we continue his legacy by blending modern cidermaking with tried-and-true heritage methods using fruit grown and harvested on our farm whenever possible. Take a long sip and enjoy our Oregon family tradition. Our estate-grown apples and fruit are at the core of our internationally award-winning ciders. Using fresh-pressed juice, whole fruits and natural ingredients, we make cider the way nature intended… It’s hard cider for everyone.
