At Jade Rabbit, we offer a wide selection of daily-made, in-house dim sum. Small plates to share, big bowls of pan-Asian comfort foods, sweet confections and tea. Our Dim Sum service is unique, our dishes are made to order. We feature vegan meats that were designed by Chef Cyrus. Our vegan meats are produced organically in Taiwan, made from non-GMO heirloom soy that has been fermented for a minimum of 3 years, allowing our bodies to fully digest the plant protein and the vital nutrients found in soy. We believe food is medicine and compassion is a main ingredient in our cuisine.
