Justa Pasta was founded in Hood River, Oregon in 1991 by windsurfers Roland and Dave, who wanted to make a living while enjoying the beautiful Columbia River. The business grew rapidly, and they became known for their exceptional pasta. In 1995, Justa Pasta moved to Portland, where it has continued to thrive for over 20 years. The journey has been shaped by many individuals who have contributed to the menu and atmosphere, with a focus on food and people. Homemade pasta remains the cornerstone of the menu, complemented by seasonal options like fresh fish and free-range chicken, all made with love and local ingredients.
