I have been working with Adam at No Easy Feet for 3-4 months per a friend recommending I check out the ATG program. The results have been life changing. Currently 36yo,I have dealt with 15+ years of low back pain/soreness, stemming from bulging discs early on, desk jobs and overall weakness. For the past few years, I had found myself avoiding strenuous activities in fear of further worsening my back's condition. Despite really trying different methods and physical therapies, nothing was really helping me. I am now feeling incredibly confident with my back which is allowing me to do so much more (planning to run a half marathon in March). I am noticing much more dynamic and strong movements in my day to day life, like getting into my car or kneeling down to grab something. My body just moves and feels different, in a great way! Despite training in a group setting, Adam has given me an extremely personalized and well crafted training routine (different than any other training I have ever done). You can tell he really cares about the services he is providing to clients, he has so much knowledge to share. Also, he is a super nice guy who has created a very welcoming environment for whoever walks in the door, gym rat or not (I am not a gym rat).  Highly recommend this gym!!

Adam is very knowledgeable about what he does and designed a workout specifically to address the areas I wanted to work on as well as overall strength. He curated a welcoming and encouraging environment that helped me push through even when it felt like I couldn’t. I was initially drawn in by the idea of training barefoot and I’m glad I gave it a chance! Adam has a unique coaching style focused on knees over toes which shifts the focus towards range of motion and mobility to promote healthy aging. As a hiker, backpacker, and mountaineer, his training session was perfectly tailored towards my goals of increasing lower body strength and stability. I've dealt with IT band pain throughout my life and am looking forward to learning new skills to strengthen the connection between my knees, ankles, and toes so that I can continue hiking for years to come.
