Fun, educational, and intense workouts with Adam and Steven. I came to them with a problem I was having and he immediately got me in a few days later and started working with me to fix it. I was given homework and tough exercises ended up working extremely well. Like magic. Such a sick and inviting environment. Totally recommend if you want to feel, look, and live better

Adam is the kind of trainer who makes you do things you didn’t know your body could (or should) do—but somehow, you’re glad you did. I came in expecting some squats and maybe a few lunges. Instead, I’m out here doing Nordic curls and walking backward like it’s a spiritual practice. And weirdly… it works. I feel stronger, more mobile, and like my knees might actually survive adulthood. Adam keeps it approachable, focused, and even fun—which is saying something, because I don’t usually call training fun. Highly recommend if you want real results without the gym bro energy

I haven't worked out in about 4 years. I felt weak and the thought of jumping back in gave me worry, but No Easy Feet made the transition back easy. Adam is an incredible fitness instructor. I recently joined a friend for a week of his workouts, thinking my usual gym routine (3–4 times a week, jogging, lifting, etc.) had me in decent shape.
