Taqueria Los Gorditos Mexican

The Cruz family opened Taqueria Los Gorditos as a food truck in 2006, at the corner of 50th & Division in Southeast Portland. The food truck’s popularity quickly spread among meat-eaters, vegans, and vegetarians alike, and eventually earned a cult-like following among the vegan community, due to the awesomeness of Chad and Emiko from Food Fight Grocery! Since 2006, the family has expanded to five brick-and-mortar locations, including a restaurant in the ground floor level of an apartment complex at SE 50th & Division, which replaced the parking lot where the original food truck was started.
