Adam is an amazing human that will take your fitness to the next level. I did not know much about the ATG method until I worked with Adam and now I am hooked. I am seeing continuous improvement in my overall health and fitness. My knees no longer hurt and I am the strongest I have ever been and keep getting stronger. I am also staying injury free playing soccer and snowboarding. I can't recommend Adam enough!

I initially reached out to Adam for help with lower back pain from an old injury. I’ve only done a few sessions so far, but already feel such a difference in my body beyond just my back. Adam has been teaching me how to be more mindful of my body during my regular workout classes, as well as helping me strengthen muscles that I didn’t even know existed! Highly recommend his approach if you’re working through an injury or just looking to add personalized strength training into your routine.
This gym has everything you need for a full body workout. Adam is very knowledgeable and really up to date with the latest coaching and rehab protocols, whatever your level or history, he can scale the workouts to suit so that you progress safely.
I've got chronic back problems and have tried pretty much everything under the sun; Physical Therapy, Yoga, Acupuncture, Massage, Chiropractic, etc. I reached out to Adam in the middle of a flareup that had been going on for a month and was resistant to everything, and within two weeks of trying his workouts, I was feeling better -- able to move without pain and get through my everyday routines again. Now I'm back to actively working out, practicing martial arts, and doing everything I love again. Adam worked with me to customize a program that was perfect for me, taking into account my time limitations, space limitations, and the tools and techniques available for me - it was truly personalized and has helped me improve so much in a short time, but also doesn't get boring or repetitive. I can feel my body working, but without pain or stiffness, and it helps me feel stronger again, which makes me want to keep going. The pacing is perfect, and the personal attention is great. I can't recommend Adam enough - he LISTENS and proves that he's there to help you with what YOU want and need instead of just pushing off whatever sort of products he want to sell you or bully you into signing up for more services. Anybody wanting to improve their physical abilities and functional strength should reach out to him and start that conversation, it's totally worth it.

I’m a drummer that plays very involved, physically taxing music. A three hour practice or one hour live set can be quite grueling. But, after a few months with Adam just one hour a week, a long practice or show makes me feel energized and strong instead of exhausted. I am eternally grateful for what I’ve learned and the vigor I’ve gained at No Easy Feet.
