Personal training with Adam has dramatically improved my life. Adam helped me with choosing to live an active lifestyle and refining how I move my body. I can walk, run, dance, bike, and more. Adam is patient with his customers and can adjust any exercise to meet each person’s skill level. Adam is incredibly personable, funny, full of good energy and always has a positive attitude. You won’t find a better personal trainer than Adam!
Adam is not only knowledgeable, but also delightful to work with. I leave our sessions feeling stronger and more mobile in my body rather than exhausted and burned out. Adam helped me troubleshoot a problematic bicep and after a few reps of an exercise, the pain was gone and I was lifting with no problem. Adam is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had, always encouraging, positive and kind while pushing me to achieve my goals. I’m a woman in my mid-fifties. After years of neglecting myself; a combination of muscle weakness, balance problems and lack of fitness made it hard for me to carry a laundry basket up a flight of stairs. I started working out with Adam. After 6 months, I can already see muscle definition in my arms, legs and even my abs! My balance, stamina, posture and strength are all dramatically improved. I’ve been inspired by my physical results to really dial in better eating, sleeping and stress management habits. I train with Adam by video call with minimal equipment in my home. He has an extraordinary talent for adapting workouts to my needs and limitations to achieve remarkable results.
My whole body feels like a giant burden after a workout. I don't know what death feels like but I imagine it's this.

Adam is a PHENOMENAL trainer! His expertise and passion on all things health and fitness clearly shows in his work. He does a fantastic job understanding each of his clients individually and adjusting the workouts accordingly. He always encourages me to do things I didn’t realize I could do (like intense exercises, heavier weights, etc) which is incredibly empowering. With how incredibly knowledgeable, charismatic, and inspiring he is you won’t be disappointed if you end up training with him! Such an amazing trainer and an even better person in general. I have been training with Adam since December 2019. He ranks as one of the best personal trainers I have ever worked with! In our 2x week sessions, he is on time, prepared, positive, encouraging, and focused on my well being. I've felt and seen results in whole body functional movement, strength, and body composition, all of which support my daily life at a desk and pursuits like hiking, biking and swimming. While we may focus on a series of movements for 4-6 weeks, the workout is never the same and is tailored to my body's needs every time. Adam consistently models any given exercise, and as a visual learner this has helped me hone body alignment and core stability. My time with him has been invaluable to my mental, emotional and physical well being, and his enthusiastic outgoing spirit is a joy to be around. Highly recommend!
My weekly sessions with Adam are on Friday afternoons, and they are the best way to kick off my weekend -- better than wine, hands down. My lingering shoulder pain was GONE after several weeks of training with him, and it has not come back (7 months of training with him). I'm stronger in every way. He is professional, knowledgable, committed, supportive, and I can't recommend him enough. Last Friday I sweat so much my glasses fell off, and I was not bothered!
