Adam at No Easy Feet is an absolute gem. His knowledge of the human body combined with his absolutely genuine and glowing personality has made me feel both welcome and pushed. In the course of a few months, my knee pain disappeared. I've learned more from Adam that I have in nearly 20+ years of physical therapy.

I’ve been training with Adam for six months now and I see a remarkable change in my body and stability. I had never heard of “Knees over Toes” before but soon realized that everything begins with your feet! I abused my feet terribly during my career in retail and wish I knew then what I know now. Adam has been truly amazing allowing me to learn about this new (to me) approach to exercise. He has helped me with my stability as well as building back muscle due to weight loss. I look forward to reaching my goals of improved posture, mobility and balance working with Adam.
Adam has in depth knowledge of anatomy, which positively impacts my sessions. He helped train and strengthen my wrist and hip, post injuries. He has a holistic approach and considers various aspects of wellness beyond just physical exercise, such as nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle factors. I have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for three years. I tried to manage it with stretching, massage, and ibuprofen, but nothing kept the pain away, and it was actually getting worse. Adam surmised that the problem was due to weak muscles in specific areas (caused by sitting at a computer for long periods of time) and showed me some exercises to do. I did them as he suggested, and within a few weeks, I was waking up in the morning pain-free. The pain still pops up some afternoons, but it's steadily getting better, and I'm sure it'll be completely gone soon. I just wish I'd known about these exercises three years ago! Thanks Adam!
